Mike brings more than 20 years of experience to ZANTAZ. In his current role, Mike manages all aspects of operations and services for ZANTAZ including global infrastructure, data centers, customer and technical support, professional services, and electronic discovery processing operations.
Mike founded Steelpoint Technologies in 1993 and served as CEO and President until the company was acquired by ZANTAZ in August of 2004. Under his leadership, Steelpoint achieved outstanding revenue and profit growth and was recognized as one of the fastest growing software companies in the US. Mike was recognized twice by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year and is credited with helping Steelpoint establish a dominant market position as a provider of Electronic Discovery, Litigation Support, and Compliance Management solutions via a hosted model.
Mike began his career as a software developer with Raytheon Company and went on to hold management positions at technology consulting companies focused on document and content management.
