Aungate Policy Management

Aungate Real-Time Policy Management technology automatically evaluates documents for their fiscal, legal, operational and historic value. Aungate overcomes the inherent weakness of RM software, which is not designed to execute the electronic discovery process. Aungate assesses the meaning and the context of records automatically in order to not only capture potentially relevant documents from enterprise information, but also to make that content available in a common, searchable format. The content can exist in a separate “locked down” repository so it is ready should courts or other regulatory bodies subpoena it.

Aungate Real-Time Policy Management Technology:

Aungate integrates with KM, CRM, ERP and other RM sources in order to identify links with the related content. But that is not all. Aungate Real-Time Policy Management modules include:

• Aungate Real-Time Monitoring dynamically analyzes any combination of enterprise information sources (as appropriate) at any given point in the value chain, from creation at the user’s desktop, through transmission via any communication channel in real-time and within any storage or archive regardless of enterprise application or source. The Aungate Real-Time Monitoring module incorporates a component, Compliance Manager, which integrates with established enterprise systems to automate the operations that both “hold” and enable “deletion” of records pertinent to the litigation processes. Aungate is able to track all aspects of both Litigation Holds (those applied dynamically in the event of litigation), and Records Management Holds (those arising from pre-defined retention policies), from Hold Policy creation, through each Hold event, to archival and review.
• Aungate Policy Management can be rapidly deployed and simply maintained to:
