• PST and NSF migration – leading practices on the identification, collection, and ingestion of legacy email data stored in PSTs or NSFs
• Case production workflow – designing custom workflows for the production of data from Autonomy ZANTAZ products. The process used to review and cull data can vary significantly, and Autonomy ZANTAZ can help customers design efficient workflows, saving tens of thousands of dollars in review costs.
• Audits – assisting the client to design queries in such a way as to extract all the data that corresponds to specific legal or regulatory inquiries.
• Supervision – implementing the pre- or post-review policies to manage enterprise data sent by email
• Taxonomy Development – helping the client to build and maintain a records management taxonomy
