• Self Install - For customers whose installation needs are straightforward and who have staff on-hand, Autonomy ZANTAZ provides an extensive wizard-based installation facility that handles virtually all of the initial set-up tasks. As always, Autonomy ZANTAZ's software support team stands ready to answer any questions customers may have during the installation process or thereafter.
• Autonomy ZANTAZ Consulting Services - For more extensive installations or where customers do not have the resources to manage installation tasks themselves, Autonomy ZANTAZ Consulting Services brings best-practice design, development and deployment to implementations. Autonomy can assist in the construction and accomplishment of each phase of any large and complex integration, including those involving multiple sites or networks with structurally or geographically disparate data sources. Autonomy ZANTAZ Consulting Services will also manage and maintain responsibility for the entire project from software sale, through installation and integration, to onsite support of deployments.
