Organizations can use the built-in templates, upload their own templates, or create their own notices to send to custodians.

ALH also simplifies the interview process with automated, form-based interviews. ALH automatically analyzes the responses, determines if a legal hold notice is required, and provides for a policy-driven, secondary notification if necessary. Additionally, custodian data source identification is immediately added to the data map to ensure the data map is up-to-date and all information about the case and custodian is accurate.
