Optimized User Applications
Introspect provides a high performance Windows style application, "Explorer", that is deployed over the Internet using MS Terminal Services. This interface is very well suited to high volume, transactional document reviews. In addition, a browser interface is provided for the lower frequency users completing less performance sensitive work. Both interfaces can be deployed on the same project for different users.
Easy to Use Search User Interface
A very intuitive search interface provides basic and advanced capabilities including multi-level complex parenthetical expressions, the ability to combine folder comparisons, expression and language searches. All searches can be saved and edited for future execution. The same search UI is provided within the Explorer and browser user applications.
E-file Review
More than 200 native e-files can be reviewed in their native format with no requirements for a special application on the user desktop. Files can be opened into their native application for optimal fidelity.
TIFF On Demand
To support e-discovery review, Introspect provides TIFF On Demand. Users can view hundreds of types of electronic documents in their native format, selectively convert files to TIFF format as needed, view both native and TIFF versions side-by-side and produce in either native or TIFF format.
Near Duplicate Detection
The integration with Equivio allows users of the ZANTAZ Introspect review environment to sort documents by near-duplicate groupings (known as EquiSets), retrieve documents belonging to a given EquiSet, assign EquiSets for review, and apply an attribute, such as a privileged or responsive code, to an entire EquiSet. The use of EquiSets within Introspect dramatically decreases the time and cost of the review process, and reduces the number of errors that can occur when handling and producing large document repositories.
Private Work Spaces
Introspect has security at all levels within the system including case, folder, record, field, annotation group, annotation and annotation field. All security is maintained with reports.
Advanced Reporting
Introspect provides seamless integration with Crystal Reports, a robust and comprehensive reporting solution that many corporations are familiar with. All security levels are maintained within reports.
Action Management
"Action Management," or asynchronous transaction processing, allows users to initiate long running processes while continuing with normal on-line review or search activities. For example, a user can open a document and begin review even before their search has completed.
Centralized Productions and Reviews
Centralized document disposition control (e.g. priv) and production management/tracking assure consistency across productions and matters.
Multilanguage Support
Introspect can correctly index, search and code documents in most Western European (Latin-1) languages including: Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish
