Digital Safe
The ZANTAZ Digital Safe service is the industry's leading compliance archiving solution. It helps enterprises meet the records retention and retrieval requirements of regulations such as SEC Rule 17a-4, NASD Rule 3110, NYSE Rule 440, Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA and many others.
Based on the ZANTAZ Split Cell architecture, the ZANTAZ Digital Safe service is an on demand solution that delivers the performance and scalability to support the archival of extremely high volumes of email, fi les, attachments and other electronic records.
Compatible with all major email systems, including Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, Bloomberg and UNIX Sendmail, as well as major instant message (IM) management systems, the ZANTAZ Digital Safe service can automatically capture any inbound, outbound or internal user-to-user message (with attachments) from your email or IM system.
In addition, the ZANTAZ Digital Safe service can be customized to capture other electronic documents, including statements, trade confirms, mainframe reports, order tickets, 1099s and faxes, making it an ideal platform for centrally archiving your electronic documents.

Digital Supervisor
ZANTAZ Digital Supervisor is an on demand, highly scalable solution that helps today's leading enterprises monitor employee digital communications, including email (with attachments), instant messaging (IM) and other electronic data.
ZANTAZ Digital Supervisor provides customizable, easy-to-use tools to quickly and effectively comply with corporate governance and industry regulations. Because ZANTAZ Digital Supervisor is an on demand service that works together with ZANTAZ' Digital Safe service, implementation time is drastically reduced. The application is hosted by ZANTAZ and accessed via a secure web interface so no new hardware or software has to be installed on your site.

Audit Center
ZANTAZ Audit Center is an on demand discovery and compliance search application that allows your IT or litigation support personnel to conduct high volume, complex queries on data stored in the ZANTAZ Digital SafeTM service.
Now you can search multiple repositories via a simple web-based interface, and export hundreds of thousands of documents into PST, NSF or EML formats for further review by attorneys or compliance managers. The powerful search and retrieval capabilities of ZANTAZ Audit Center greatly reduce the costs, IT resources and attorney review time required to respond to electronic document requests.
For urgent matters, or when resources are unavailable, you always have the option of calling on ZANTAZ' Professional Services Group. Our experienced project managers can cull and filter data on your behalf, or they can provide data assessment and additional culling and filtering services to further enhance the accuracy of results attained with ZANTAZ Audit Center.

Continuity of Business
A Continuity of Business (COB) solution is designed to help a company restore critical operations quickly and cost-effectively after catastrophic events like terrorist attacks, earthquakes, smoke damage, damaged networks, and electronic vandalism.
ZANTAZ offers multiple solutions to enable COB for email archiving and instant messages. The standard offering ensures that copies of data are located in two separate places for maximum security and rapid access to data. ZANTAZ also offers three premium offerings for even faster access.
Key Features
- The standard COB offering is based on split-cell archiving. It operates with a backup safe located at a backup location, which allows for rapid commission of cells to the backup safe in event of disaster. This architecture meets all SEC requirements for WORM (write once, ready many) media compliance.
- ZANTAZ offers three different premium COB offerings: a silver, gold, and platinum package. Each package provides a different time-to-recovery (RTO) for the three key archiving recovery objectives-all three of which must be achieved for complete recovery:
- Restore ability to capture live-stream data
- Restore ability to index/archive live-stream data
- Restore access to legacy data
Split-cell archiving is the foundation of ZANTAZ'COB solutions. Once deployed, copies of data are located at two separate locations, each of which has been determined to be a "low-risk" facility (i.e. a site determined unlikely to be subject to a natural or environmental disaster).
Premium COB packages leverage this architecture to further reduce recovery time in the event of a disaster. For silver and gold packages, additional STOR buffers and/or cells are deployed to minimize down time. A dedicated hot safe is built and maintained at the backup site with the platinum package.
Livestream Verification
ZANTAZ's LiveCapture Verification Process provides a verification mechanism to advise customers if messages have not been received at the Digital Safe when sent by a message server at the customer's site to the Digital Safe via a Sendmail (SMTP) server.
