Aungate Policy Management

Aungate's Policy Management module sets a new benchmark in enterprise communication and regulatory monitoring. This module can be rapidly deployed and simply maintained to:

• Automate risk management measurement alerts in order to mitigate potential risk, compliance and governance violations
• Simultaneously alert and support the user on-task in order to influence desired behaviors

Because Aungate analyzes the meaning and the context of content, the Aungate Policy Management module is used in conjunction with the Aungate Real-Time Monitoring module to monitor email, IM and voice traffic in real-time and automatically alert the enterprise to relevant content in those communications streams. Policies can be deployed using keywords, conceptual descriptions or existing samples.

The Aungate Policy Managament module also enables the automated management of Regulatory content for policy creation. Regulatory content can be supplied via any structured or unstructured source. The module works with market-leading publishers of regulatory information and provides compliance services to the international financial services industry.
